DTEI maintains a prequalification system for certain types of contracts, which ensures that only skilled and experienced companies are allowed to submit tenders.

Works on Roads by Other Organisations
Where organisations other than DTEI undertake work on roads (for example, installing utility services or constructing accesses to private developments) there are a number of conditions that must be complied with.
